Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Most of our deliveries will be shipped off using The Courier Guy.  The Courier Guy delivers to any town, city, village or farm across South Africa.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Deliveries fall into 3 categories. Main centres, small towns and outlying areas.  All deliveries going to the main centres can take 1-2 working days.  Small towns will take 1-4 working days and outlying areas like villages and farms can take up to 5 working days.  See shipping page for more information on shipping times.

How Do I Track My Order?

Most orders will be shipped using our own couriers The Courier Guy.  The Courier Guy order will have the waybill, tracking code and tracking link emailed and SMSed to them once delivery goes out.

Some of our suppliers will use their own courier.  In this case the delivery will go out without tracking code emailed to you the customer.  We can however get a tracking number but it can take up to 48 hours.

How Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?

Payment Information

Does Compufy offer credit card payments?

At the moment we offer payments via Zapper and via EFT.

How long will your payment take to reflect when paying via EFT?

Payment into our bank account will usually take 1-2 working days to reflect.  Once payment is reflecting we will process your order.

Payments to Zapper will reflect immediately.

What reference do you put for the order reference?

Please use your order number as your payment reference. This will help us to track your payment.

Stock Information

Where are the products sources from?

Our products are all sources from the best IT suppliers in the RSA.  All our suppliers offer great after sale service and good guarantees.

What happens if your products is damaged?

If you receive a damaged product please email us at info@compufy.co.za.  Once you have reported the damaged product we will get hold of the supplier and will organise that the item gets replaced.

Are all the items on this website in stock?

Most items on this website will be in stock if it shows in stock.  If the product show less than 2 items please email us at info@compufy.co.za so we can confirm stock availability.

Are all these products under guarantee?

All the items showing on the website will have a guarantee.  Please email us at info@compufy.co.za so we can confirm stock guarantee for you.
